MBC!!!!!

After being threatened via email, telephone, webcam and my dreams I am wanted to plug my friends band Midnight Biker Chicks. I was told to tell everyone that they are a very good band and make other bands that you thought were good look like Huey Lewis and the News. If you want to hear their music you can check out their myspace page at:

Is that the Smell of a Burning Motorcycle?

I was out about town the other day and I came upon this motorcycle in a field that had been flipped on its back and completely charred. So I decided to take pictures of it. My Dad told me that there are a lot of gypsies (pikeys) and witches that congregate in Milton Keynes doing all sorts of weird pagan rituals. That part was a lie, it was probably just some kids but I am not saying it couldn't be witches.

Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - Stagger Lee (live)

I just stumbled on this video but it is pretty cool live performance of one of my favorite Nick Cave songs!

The Laughing Heart

your life is your life
don’t let it be clubbed into dank submission.
be on the watch.
there are ways out.
there is a light somewhere.
it may not be much light but
it beats the darkness.
be on the watch.
the gods will offer you chances.
know them.
take them.
you can’t beat death but
you can beat death in life, sometimes.
and the more often you learn to do it,
the more light there will be.
your life is your life.
know it while you have it.
you are marvelous
the gods wait to delight
in you.

No matter what it looks like Miles (left) is not a bulimic in fact he is slightly on the "healthy" side and if any of you ladies out there are interested, sorry, because he is taken. The others in the picture are also my best friends since I was a kid, Alex (center) and Brad (right), and they are all in a band that may or may not have a name right now but when I figure it out I will post more about them, maybe.

Snow Day

Zoey, Calv's fiancee, sleighing in one of the smallest
sleighs I have ever seen.

Liam (left) and Calvin trying unsuccessfully to roll
a snowball for a snowman

The last time I was still mesmerized and motivated to go out and play in the snow I was a freshmen in high school. But never the less my friend Calvin convinced me to come out to play and play we did. It was interesting seeing people out, young and old, having such a great time playing in the snow. I take it for granted yet going out today made me feel like a kid again and I truely enjoyed it. Maybe I will go out again tomorrow (but probably not).

Winter Wonderland

The last time I remember that it snowed in England as bad as it did today I was 8 or 9 years old. It was funny waking up at about 5:20am to hear my dad tell my sister-in-law that it was snowing since she is from Zimbabwe and this is the first time she has seen such a snowfall.

It Has Begun

Hello everyone out there who have accidentally stumbled on my blog. I dont know why I started this but it seems like an interesting way to keep up with my friends even though most of them dont even know what a blog is. I am writing from England and being really bored I have decided to post pictures, music, my dumb thoughts and hopefully get feedback from other people.
